With the temperatures set to soar to around 35° - close to 100 Fahrenheit over the next few days, we have taken the pro-active decision to cancel training this Wednesday for all our juniors.

Whilst this may be a disappointment to our enthusiastic junior club members, we have made this decision entirely based on the safety of our junior players, parents, carers, our volunteers and coaches, many of whom would have had to endure the extreme temperatures not only into the early evening, but on the back of a full days work beforehand.

Our Under 11's fixture against Ilkeston Rutland, scheduled for Thursday 25th June, has also been cancelled, with a new date hopefully rearranged in the near future.

As things stand, our first girls dynamos festival on Tuesday evening at Alvaston & Boulton still stands, although there is some doubt about this going ahead.

Any further cancellations will be forwarded to the relevant junior groups over the coming days.
