The latest winner of our 'Performance of the Weekend' has been revealed - with 3rd team player Amit Avasthy the latest, worthy recipient.

Amit notched a superb, career-best 91, from just 72 balls, included 12 fours and 2 sixes, as the third team marched to 239/6 after being 60/4 when Amit came to the crease.

However, that only just proved enough, as the team held out in a thriller, by just 2 runs over Rosehill.

Other nominees were Mark Gordon, who hit 81 in the same game, in which the pair shared a 152-run partnership - our biggest partnership across all teams so far this season, Tom Pepper, who made 65 at Cutthorpe - his highest first team score for the club, and Kieran Hopkins who was unbeaten on 39 in what was another tough afternoon for the second team.
