The first draw of our 'Sawley Lifeline' was made last night towards the conclusion of our 'Race Night'.

Just over 50 balls were sold, enabling a cash prize for 3 participants.

The very first ball drawn out at random was by our 2026 overseas player Jack Loram, whilst first team captain Jimmy Lawton and our main club sponsor Shane Baldwin drew the other 2 wining balls out.

The very first draw winners were:
1st prize - Gary Birley (no. 25) £60
2nd prize - Josh Hodge (no 86) £40
3rd prize - Lynne Beckett (no. 17) £20

Already, thanks to all our participants, we have in excess of £100 in the lifeline, ready to go when the club requires it for a worthy cause.
